Lasswell (Second-in-Command) is a playable Breaker. The weapon is a Katana. The Limit Burst is Null Moon: Single-target non-elemental physical. The target is easier to stagger for 3 turns.
I wrote Lasswell’s page from the role table, not from a playtest of the full game. Where a Limit Burst is incomplete, I left the gap. Sakura’s first Limit Burst and Dark Fina’s voices are the two gaps I would not paper over.

Use Lasswell when you want a Breaker tool. The Limit Burst is Null Moon. Single-target non-elemental physical. The target is easier to stagger for 3 turns.
